Forgot to weigh before I left the house this morning, but I did walk on my treadmill last night and Sunday afternoon! Great way to warm up in these ABNORMAL-BELOW FREEZING temps we are getting in the DFW area!! Come on Spring-time! Winter is NOT my favorite season.
