I didnt think Id see a drop today. I had a protein shake last night and then my baked potato with taco fixins and I was stuffed after. I didnt finish the shake thankfully or I mightve exploded. I guess I dont need to hit my macs that bad!
I was super stressed out yesterday. Our state lifted a bunch of restrictions and now my job is wanting to move full steam ahead - thats great but my coworkers in my little department were let go so not only am I doing their work (which is now MY work), Ive also been asked to be on a couple of committees, were going to change some processes and I have homework. So, yeah... I was feeling overwhelmed. I think I got a good handle on it all though and Im making progress but I couldnt make myself workout last night. Shit happens right?
