You're back on track and that is what matters. I swear my recent weight loss is because I've lost my mind but at least it's not weight being carried around and affecting my knees, LOL. Good job, keep up the good work it all takes time.

That's awesome Sassy to be taking the extra weight off our knees. And I hear you about losing my mind. I lost mine a long time ago, so hope I don't find it any time soon and gain weight!
