Come oooooooon stop it now!
We went into lockdown again on Saturday. The first two days were okay, but home working makes it so easy to fall into terrible habits. Especially when the weather is bad, and it makes me not want to go outside for a walk. Today hasn't been too bad, but I really need to get a hold of myself and stop overeating now when I was onto a good thing before.
I'd also like to make sure I do some sort of weight training - though I don't have any weights. I wonder what I can use...

Milk bottles work well, they have handles, easier to hold than a regular bottle.

Good ideas! Our milk comes in cartons here though :') But I'm sure I can fashion some sort of handle!
