There are nice workouts that can be found on youtube that works well. I started with the walking videos. And then I added some really light weights and went from there

I walk in a hilly area when I can. I also have an exercise bike in the living room.

I started at almost 300 lbs and I had the old Sweatin' to the Oldies videos. I loved them and just told my husband the other day I wish I still had them. Anyhoo, nowadays I look on youtube for exercise videos, whatever my interest is that day. I tried yoga yesterday, about broke me 🤪

I started with a peddler until i could walk. I still use it and watch a cycling video tour while doing so. Or watch my soap. There are lots of simple exercise videos for seniours , even some done in a chair. Some are set to music and more like dancing, which I enjoy. I am finding I don't have the co-ordination to Zumba like I did, but it is fun. I thought I would take a look at belly dancing.....Resistance bands are also inexpensive and easy to use....even sitting!

I’m having a hard time exercising! I started at 350 so moving is hard. I use resistance bands on my arms and legs right now.

Get into or get a whirlpool/Jacuuzi, sauna steam/dry-heat and do some yoga poses and/or light stretches until you can move onto pilates. Zumba should be your goal.

If you can get to a pool. I recommend you do lunges and upright push-ups while standing, press arms in/out at the edge of pool. Lunges can be done with feet on side of pool while holding onto edge of pool and just sway back/forth. Or, do lunges the OG way.

I’d start with regular walking ( 1.5 - 2.0 miles a day) and maybe some beginner yoga moves. Overtime you could add some light weights - swimming is another great option if you have a chance these days. For yoga I use this app I’m called down dog, it is awesome! Keep your daily log and you’ll see results soon. Good luck on your journey!

I do dance fitness.. BollyX and Zumba.. just move at your level as long as you can .. don't worry about the choreography.. let the music move you :) and have fun, (BollyX on demand, BollyX.com are sources, Zumba.com has inexpensive classes or find people streaming (Zoom) in your area. walk, pools are closed now where I live. just enjoy your movement and build up your endurance. take your time so you don't get hurt.

I do body groove, it is so much fun and gives you a good workout. I also downloaded the fiton app and do some of those exercises. Their workouts are about 10-20 minutes give or take a few minutes. Plus they have different categories to choose from, I do the senior workouts.

weight lifting. the heavy ones. if you can do three sets of 12 without a good effort on the last reps then it's too light. I like it because I'm uncoordinated and it doesn't involve a lot of jumping around non sense
