I was afraid 2oz of pasta was gonna look like a joke on a plate, but this actually seems fine.

Just some jarred pesto sauce for the pasta. The chicken was cooked with rosemary + garlic in the sous vide this weekend, so I just added some color while reheating in a pan.

try Dreamfields pasta. you can get it at Walmart... you can subtract the fiber. it is really good

Yes, weighed uncooked. Which I believe if how you’re supposed to weigh it? But I’m not 100% sure. Maybe I screwed up lol.
