yeaaay akhirnya masuk digit 7x :D
1minggu lost 2kg an.. gak ada makanan pantang, cuma kurangi konsumsi minyak dan gula aja.. batas kal harian 1500kal.. sesuai sama yg direkomendasikan yaaa.. ALHAMDULILLAH.. jadi makin semangat..
