Went to the gym yesterday after a long absence. Put on my gym clothes today but never made it there. Every other day is probably a good and doable schedule for now. I do feel good once I'm there. Still sorting out how to have a life and still keep Mom's going. Was burning out and I knew it. Have now found someone to take my morning hours so that I can get a break and get my own house in order. At least I'm not stress-eating my way through this. My skinny jeans keep calling to me and I answer back, "Soon, little pants, soon."
