Nice details! Which app do you use to track your workouts?

Much thanks y’all! Yes, Hopefully soon, been on the grind! 😃@AI@ @Bernard.Sg I’ve used a couple apps over the years basically whichever one was made for the fitness band/ watch/ tracker I was using at that point. For me, I found that mi band (mi fit app) syncs pretty well with the iPhone health app and FatSecret.. that way I have all the deets all in one place. For weightlifting, I’ve been using the estimates provided on the FatSecret app itself (it’s in the calories burned section). You also have the option to customise your own workouts.. like for me I’ll factor in things like playing tennis, skipping, drumming practise etc,. and then workout the calories burned for that specific activity deducing it from the overall calories burned.

Thanks for your detailed sharing! I was using Amazfit BIP U for a month before switching to Apple Watch 6. Yea, I also do a variety of exercises to achieve 1000 calories burnt daily: Walking, Stair-climbing, Skipping (using Jumpr AR app) and static exercises in my living room. Having a wrist-worn device really helps in accountability & motivations 💪
