It's been nearly 2 weeks of trying a low carb eating lifestyle... I was gung-ho the first week, feeling like the changes were coming...now into week 2, I've actually gained some of the weight back. I know that I can afford to be more active, I just have to find/make/take the time.
Daily intake:
100 oz of water (minimum)
Breakfast:
2-3 strips of bacon 1 egg (most days)
Lunch: 6-8 celery sticks 2T peanut butter 2 oz Colby Jack cheese
Dinner: Meat (salmon burger w/o bread, OR steak, OR chicken breast, OR any other meat) 1c green beans OR 1c + tossed salad or baby spinach
Dessert: 1 Healthy Choice Fudge Bar OR 1 Weight Watchers Raspberry & Dark Chocolate Ice Cream bar
