gapapa lah, dibiasain+disabarin dulu 30mnt. kali aja lepas 2-3bulan badan mulai minta lebih kan :))) everyone has a starting point kok. aku day 1 banget nih, olahraga cuma peregangan (peregangannya doang blm pemanasan) udh ga kuat, keringetan parah+ngos2an. tapi skrg mau angkat beban sampe sejam pun oke. makan waktu brp lama? setengah taoooonn🤣🤣 gapapa, progress yg bagus itu gaada yg instan
