Woke and did 22 minutes of HIIT on the bike before a meeting. Weighed 227.3 after that, down 4.0 from yesterday. I went to the dermatologist to get a few moles looked at. All were benign, and they removed three. But while I was there, I noticed that they did Cool Sculpting, and I asked about it. The technician gave me a nice NSV when she said I was not a candidate. There was not enough fat in my loose skin to warrant the procedure. She recommended a tummy tuck one of these days. I guess if I ever get lots of money, I'll consider it! But not worth it for me unless it's medically necessary. UPDATE: Hit 227.5 by 5 pm. Wow. I am super hungry! Turkey chops with peanut butter and curry tonight.
