First week of the challenge and I've lost 5lbs! Best of all I had to very poor days of my own food monitoring.

I should have lost more than 5lbs in a week, nonetheless, it's slow progress.
121.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
