okay today was when i said to myself i would get breakfast from now on, no matter what.. I did.. My husband told me i need to set up a time frame for when i should eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.. He stuck to his plan and is down 10lbs.. So today i had my food in the timeframe he told me to try and i feel okay.. I just hate it b/c I tend to get busy and forget to stop.. so I'm hoping i will be okay and learn to do this.. My goal is to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week and last week i gain.. but we eat dinner 1hr before we hit the gym. so i'm hoping that is why it went up like that.. i so need to buy me a scale for my home so i can get a better number..
Any suggestions on what i should eat for breakfast that is quick and easy.. I'm just counting calories... today i ate a yogurt and a pear..
