Total of 89 pounds lost. I am getting close to the 100 pound mark. The weight loss has slowed because I increased my daily calories from1200 to 1500. The higher caloric intake is more sustainable long term. I am planning to get an exercise bike once I can afford it.. The heel pain is still preventing walking. Have a great Thursday y'all!

If you are able to get physical therapy for your heel pain, I would recommend it. Personal experience.
