Day 4 of restriction and Ive sooo been fuckin up I gotta make up for it
Monday- more cardio, 3 miles and an extra 20 mins on the eliptical
Tuesday- yoga and 3 miles
Wednesday- Pilates
Thursday- 3 miles and yoga dvd
Friday- strength train
Saturday- rest day
Sunday- Pilates and 3 miles


More water!
Less sweet coffee
