My grandma just fixed dinner and my mom and Tony (her fiance) were over as well. It was soooo good. So good that I couldn't stop eating. I kept saying outloud "this is so bad for me", and I knew I needed to control my portions, but yet I didn't. Now I am over-full to the point where I feel sick AND I feel extremely guilty. Double bad feeling. Uggggh. To top it off, tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in day. Suddenly, the day I was looking forward to (I've been doing great all week) is the day I am dreading. :-( Sad face.
