Well as of today the last of my family Christmas celebrations are over. I feel pretty good about what I ate today - its quite a bit over my 1200 but it isn't anywhere near what it could have been...LOL. I avoided the things that would have just been filling my plate and went for the things that were what I really wanted. I'm sure some of you are thinking WOW that's alot of food..and compared to my normal day it really is. Thankfully I don't eat like this every day any more - I really kind of used to. The nice thing is I have discovered I can enjoy food and not feel guilty or like continuing to watch what I eat is a waste of time. I used to over-eat and think what's the point of trying again tomorrow I'll just fail. Now every day is a fresh start :-)
