Doing great. I'm still weighing, but I think my affair with the scale is over. I'm no longer losing weight it would seem though in the last two weeks my measured body fat (caliper) has dropped a %. I'd be suspicious but I've been consistent with the measuring and I can see the results in the mirror. 12% bf... let's see if I can hit 10% before I start my bulk (muscle build) phase.

Since muscle weighs more than fat, you must expect to actually gain a bit of weight as you lose fat percentage points, correct? It sounds like you are doing great. Keep it up!
