tepat hari ini genap sebulan diet. alhamdulillah, dietku nyaman, makan enak, tp tetep defkal. no minyak no gula no santan no tepung. high protein and medium karbo. yg penting sih emang defkal yah. asalkan defkal yg sehat :) workout tiap hari jalan 45menit
