I was in the same boat. It's a mind over matter situation. I still get hungry around bedtime but I tell myself "I'm not hungry." it gets easier as you go on. Your braid is just used to telling your body it's hungry when really it isn't. You just have to correct the times you eat and your portions. Will not happen over night, you will swear you are going crazy at times, cravings will staring at the food channel but it will all pass lol. Mistakes happen also. I've gotten to the point where I will have a cheat day but the fatty foods I used to LOVE... Doesn't taste good to me anymore, it's bizarre.
