You would think not being able to taste my food would help me not eat so much... it did for about a week and now I’m back to struggling with my intake. 🙄 I had temporarily stopped taking my Vyvanse (for binge eating) when I got sick, but looks like I need to start back up. My weight management NP also prescribed me Wellbutrin for sugar and carb cravings so I’m about to start that. I also start seeing their therapist in a few weeks. I already had a therapist but she wasn’t specialized in food issues, so I stopped therapy with her to start at this new place. Nervous to start with a new therapist, but excited to hopefully get somewhere with my binge eating and mental issues related to food! I know meds will only take me so far.
