i was hoping to lose more than that. so i starting today i'm going to exercise for an hour every day 30 min ins the morning and 30 min in the evening. this way i'll put 100% to my efforts and lose more :)

That's a great loss. Any higher than that and you are losing muscle and not just fat. You need the muscle, because it's the muscle on our bodies that burns calories (hence why men can eat more and not gain). Great job!

You are doing great!!! But, adding exercise will help, of course! Don't try to lose too fast though - Suzi is right!

how can exercise make me lose muscle? i thought it builds muscles :S

I guess it all depends on the type and duration of exercise. Just keep up with getting your protein, vitamins and water and everything should fall into place.

i already feel like my clothes are loose although i only lost 6 kgs but it shows how much i lost weight i didn't think that my size was going to change so fast in just 2 weeks. this is great. i'm really glad i'm doing this diet it is really great.
