went to a diet doctor and this is what they recommended me do to lose weight. 3 days without sugar and 11 days without meat and dairy. I feel like I'm going to have withdrawls soon.

That's kind of what I'm doing, in a way. Each year I do a 30 day candida diet. It's a bit strict (it helps get rid of candida and other things that grow in you) but it also makes me lose weight and it stops sugar cravings. I wish you luck! [Not that you need it :) ]

Takes me about 4-5 days so you're almost there. If you feel any nausea or weakness, have some broth or something salty. It helps.

Takes me at least 3 days for physical cravings... mental cravings come and go, but it's easier when sweets aren't around. I hide them in a box in the garage with all the other off-limits foods.

A very healthy detox and cleanse. You'll be using the bathroom a lot the first few days. LOL You can do it!!!!!

My friends belated Christmas present for me was a jumble box of jellybeans. Hid them in the closet, but feeling a bit guilty that I can't enjoy the heartfelt gift.
