I usually use cream cheese and mayo for my salmon spread but I went for the laughing cow wedge and it was the perfect fish/cheese ratio. More of a snack than a lunch honestly, but I was being a bit restrictive for my first day while I figure things out. Definitely plan on bringing this one back, though.
