I woke at 228.9, up 3.1 from yesterday, which proves a lot of that was dehydration. Early meetings precluded workouts (and only four hours of sleep anyway). I hope you have a great day! UPDATE: I moved some water out and got to 227.6 at 4:30. I ate just over 1500 calories after dinner, but Jason ordered Coldstone, and I got some. Then I noticed that my treat was 1100 calories! Oh well, water under the bridge. Let's see what the morning weigh-in brings.
