I can't believe i ate half of a pecan braid, it wasn't even that good, it was so sweet. why didn't i just eat an apple. ,****TRIGGER - When I can't sleep I eat, why, boredom, exhaustion, pain, thrist, or anxiety. Attend to all of these issues BEFORE you reach for food!!
