Excited that my sister joined fs! Welcome lonilew!

I really like planning my meals out. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! I know what snacks I have allotted myself for the day and I space them out accordingly so I'm never super hungry. Anyway, took the day off after working out everyday this week...picking it up again tomorrow.


SN: Changed my starting weight to reflect my total weight loss since starting my journey (actually started a few weeks before I joined fatsecret).
