Well, this is my second day exercising and i still feel like i am going to die at the end but hopefully when i wake up tomorrow morning i will feel like i did this morning. i had so much more energy it made all of it worth it. it's really hard since i have asthma and i feel like i'm not going to make it but i have the last two times. who knows maybe this will help my lungs and make them stronger. i am sure that loosing weight will help too. i am very excited about this. if anyone is reading this and feels like quitting...hang in there...i feel like it too but know that it will all be worth it in the end....i get a new bathing suit and hopefully will be able to run around the yard with my daughter and dog without sucking wind! haha
