This will be day three of trying to get in a few breaks in my day to keep ahead of the hungry horrors. So far I think it's going okay. The past two days I was able to get at least an afternoon break and had a yogurt one day and some applesauce another. When I got home I had a cup of tea but didn't raid the cabinets for something quick to eat while I was making dinner. My weight is back to what it's been for the past months so at least I don't feel like I'm on the way back up again. I'm looking forward to Yoga tonight and hoping that the class is not canceled due to the storm. The snow is supposed to stop around noon but in New England you never know until it happens. So with a two hour delay in going to work I will get my morning snack in today and hope it's not too busy to get my afternoon snack in. Maybe I'll take a shorter lunch just to get it all in. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

No yoga last night here - the instructor was out - but I DID actually climb on the treadmill and gazelle for a bit .. looking forward to yoga tomorrow although I'll have to start my change yo-gah yo-gah around 4pm. Good on you for making time to eat to keep the raiding out of the kitchen.

Glad you're finding a way to get in your snacks. I let myself get too hungry yesterday, which lead to me eating more than I needed & not the best of choices... So I too will be paying better attention to my hunger & satisfying it with snacks as needed. So happy you're doing so well! Xoxox
