ughh i started off the week so strong and now im ending it weak :( i feel so disgusted with myself for not keeping it up but im not giving up tho i just wish my access to healthier foods was easier but it's not at all, and it's really difficult (sigh) and on top of that this weather is making me so drowsy and tired, i need a pick me up
