makan siang hari ini,lengkap ada protein nabati (tempe),protein hewani(ikan), karbo (mie), serat(bayam) dan pastinya enakkk ditambah lada, sambel kecap 2sdm, dan minyak goreng hanya 1sdt daaan tetappp endeusss :))
