So, i have to say that i had some help this week. i was visited by a friend i hadn't seen in a while and she had lost quite a bit of weight and looked absolutely fabulous! She talked about exercising like it was wonderful and how good she felt since she has dropped all the extra pounds. So...she inspired me to really hit it this week and exercise. i woke up this morning feeling so good! i couldn't believe it. and since Tuesday i have already lost 1lb. its remarkable and so is she!
