1500 calories per day good or bad? This app told me 1900 calories that’s to much in my opinion. I walk 4 miles on the treadmill before work which I’m working from home. On the treadmill right now start at 3.5mph goes up 3.7mph incline on 2.
Mostly non active after the treadmill walk. I stand most of the day though with my stand up desk. Just trying to figure out why I can’t lose just gain gain gain. I’m trying not to be negative

that's good I do between 1000 and 1200 and the App. told me 2400 and I've been to a dietitian and they told me it was long as you eat between 1000 and 1200 your body can function find

FS told me 2000 but I can't go down unless I'm under 1500. Some thoughts: are you eating too much sodium and therefore retaining water? Are you logging everything? Black coffee and herbal teas have small amounts of calories and sodium. Heck, tap water has sodium. You might have some hidden cals/problems. Also stress can cause water retention. Good Luck!
