Previous night’s dinner: two portions of Keto chicken-turkey pot pie.high fat content (batter). I was pretty full. Then someone I love wanted ice cream, also Keto and high fat. I only had half the bowl but after that I was very full. I was still uncomfortably full when I went to bed.
