It has been 3 weeks now maintaining and I am ready to start losing again. I have decided to take a new tactic and see if I can get the scale to start going down again or at least lose some inches.

Food: I am still doing WW but am going to try eating every 2 hours with smaller meals. I am going to try and keep my "crap carbs" low and get my carbs from natural sources such as fruits and veggies. I am also upping my intake of fiber to 20 to 25 grams because when I was doing that before I was losing weight.

I am also going to do this with my exercise plan. I am going to start doing JM 30 day shred in the morning. Today I am going to start with workout 1 and do this for 10 days, workout 2 for 10 days, and then workout 3 for 10 days, then in the afternoon on what will be my running days I will run on the elliptical for 30-45 mins or 5-7 miles and do zumba on my cross training days followed by ab toning, then in the evening do fun exercise for 20 mins using my Wii fit. Maybe this will stoke my metabolism and I can start burning more when I am sleeping and working. I will have to go with the flow on travel days, but will do my best. I will also continue to take one day of rest as I still need to use my body for other things.

I will keep you up to date. Keep your fingers crossed that this will work!!!

Kathy i've been dieting since the beginning of the new year 2014 and I have happily lost 22lbs. I havn't lost anything this week and after googling I found some topics that said to eat like you normally would before the diet for a day and it can trigger the weight loss again. it's called "wooshing weight lost" so since i been cutting out sugar, white foods and salt; I did eat a slice of key lime pie and ate a small portion of white rice. so I'm about to go weigh myself and see if anything happened over night. I'll let you know and good luck on your goal.

Good luck Kathy! just journal everything you eat and if you don't go down look at the journal and eliminate that one something you can do without. For me it was skipping ovaltine after gym night and I went down 2 kilos...seems like i stopped again so have to review!
