New diet: *Starting by tomorrow, for everyday till I lose 5kg this month.*
Breakfast: -1 apple or half banana A cup of tea
Lunch: -100g of rice (max) or 50g of oatmeal + water or a little potato (boiled) -Salad: tomato, lettuce, cucumber, vegetables -Chicken or meat or fish or an egg (omelette/boiled)
Dinner: Fruit mix + yogurt
~2,5 L of water
