Halooo kak ratna, aku tinggi 156. Sejauh ini, aku gak pernah makan lebih dari BMR. Biasanya, slalu pas di BMR atau lebih sdikit. Krn klo terlalu aku lebihin, takutnyaaa.. apa yg tak makan itu kan gak 100% akurat masuk FS. Jd, yaaaa aku main aman aja😂 biasanya aku pas di BMR atau lebih dikit.
