halooooo kaaak, maaf banget baru bales yah. aku balas jadi satu aja boleh? jadiii, disini aku dietnya defkal + jalan kaki 45menit wajib tiap hari, bahkan bisa lebih + workout fast walking punya leslie samsons (bs cek youtube)
oh iya, defkalku disni tapi No tepung no minyak no gula no santan yah.
aku tetep makan nasi kok. klo kmarin start 75kg aku makan nasinya 4-5 sendok. skrg aku udah 67, takaran nasi 4 sendok :)
disini aku genjot protein banget buat bangun massa otot. krn aku trmasuk yg tiap hari gerak (jalan 45menit wajib tiap hari) + workout 15-30menit, jdinya makanku lebih fokus ke protein sm serat. tp karbo + lemak, tetep dong yaaaa :))
3minggu pertama no cheating day yah. bener2 ngetest aja gtu, se efektif apa. dan alhamdulillah, 3minggu turun 7kg 😁

sejauh ini, dietku nyaman. makan tetep enak. pakai nasi, lauk iya, sayur pasti, buah juga masih. bahkan, olahan masak tanpa minyak tanpa santan banyak yg enak2 kok. rendang ayam, ayam teriyaki, ikan bakar, masih enak2. oh iyaa, kalori harianku sehari kurang lebih 1500 duluuuu. skrg udah 67, kalori harianku di 1200

kak tingginya berapa ya?aq 157 berat 62 ,BMR 1300 makan di 1400/1500 tapi turun lama,sebulan cuma sekilo,apa aku salah itung?
