Today I got a little crazy and shoveled my driveway. It is a very long steep driveway. I also shoveled the 29 steps down to our house. What a work out! I can barely walk and my husband laughed when I tried to reach something from the cupboard! I may have gone overboard as now my arms feel a little shakey. All good for me though. Going to watch a movie and relax, then have dinner. Going to stay on track and drink my water.

Woah, Jill...that was some heavy duty physical activity. I'm pleasantly surprised that you could find your "cardio" option on the exercise tracker-LOL. Sure hope you won't feel too terribly sore on Friday. Thinking of you - believing in you...
