Still here . Keeping strong , I am slowly going to introduce more exercise in the spring . No good trying now it is far too cold and icy out there . And yes I am quite enjoying the change . Not feeling full all the time . And something people never talk about . It is helping in the tummy area too ( you use your imagination)
