eeck. I just weighed out how much sugar I thought I have per day, and it's actually what I have per mug of coffee... so I'm consuming 3-5 times more than what I think every day. calorie counting is one thing, but it really works when you pair it with a kitchen scale. oh well... awareness is the starting point to behaviour change!
