I have learned a lot from different diets I have been on in the past. I believe for me that Calorie count is the best way forme because it is reality. It helps me focus. I know how to eat nutritiously. I know what to avoid so I do not set up cravings for myself. FS has such a great AP with so any great recipes with the calorie counting done for me that I can have enough variety to satisfy me with nutirition as well as enjoyment.
