Over my RDI today, but I'm not going to let myself get too down over it. I am just sooo bad at saying no. My cousin invited me over for enchiladas. So I ate dinner before I went so that I wouldn't eat the enchiladas. Well that just backfired on me because I still had half an enchilada when I got there because it looked sooooo yummy. Then she made these apple dumplings for dessert and I couldnt resist that either. However, her husband tried to give me seconds on the dessert and I politely declined when I reaaalllly wanted that second dumpling.

And to backtrack....I had chex mix for lunch. Homemade chex mix from my grandma. I deprived myself of a real meal so that I could enjoy this treat. I know that isn't exactly the best thing, but I still don't think I did THAT bad for the day as far as my RDI goes. I'm only 57 calories over.

I am blaming it on Aunt Flo visiting (sorry for those who think that's TMI). I always want to eat bad around that time.
