Today was interesting as I started out with a bang and had to work so I went prepared. I wasn't real hungry til after noon and I was really working hard, tearing down X-mas decorations and scrubbing and cleaning the sparkles and what not away! I really worked the body, worked up a good sweat! Got some fresh, homemade german franfurters, ham, turkey and tri-tips at the butcher today so I'm set with protein for the next few days. I am really OK with this so far even though I felt pretty crappy the other day. Just makes me feel I had alot of toxins and junk to clean out. Bye-bye, won't miss any of it. Relax this evening and sleep in tomorrow. Then do my best!!! Watching TOP CHEF All-stars, my favorite! It's all good.
