So, I have Covid. Did not get tested but my brother tested positive 2 days ago and my symptoms has been worse than his and for longer. My father was also sick for a week and my mother has now just started feeling ill 2 days ago. Today is day 7 of not being healthy for me. I was supposed to start working, but am too fatigued and taking another 3 days bed rest. I try to move and still get at least 800 steps a day around the house.
Still on 16/8 IF, I have just tried to take in healthy drinks and shakes as my appetite has disappeared. I posted a shake today (and a recipe) that I am having for lunch since two days ago, and it really helps me (my own concoction). I also have apple cider vinegar twice a day with water, and alternate green tea and "rooibos" tea, in addition to about 3L of water a day.
Fever is lower than in the first 3 days, body is still very sore (but better) and head feels like I have migraines and extreme sinus combined. Chest very tight and coughing all the time, nothing comes out though. I have cold sweats, trembling and general weakness and brain fog.
I hope I am over the worst and that from here on everything will change for the better. Medicines used: Probiotics (interflora), Corenza C, Multivitamins, Prednizone (cortisone), strong pain pills, Zinc tablets, West Coast Kelp, Vit B12.
