Festive season is over ☹️ I didn’t stick to my eating plans 🙈 I didn’t exercise 😬😬 I definitely overdid the sugar but managed to limit the potatoes and rice and I was very good in limiting my portions, so overall I’m not unhappy with myself. Now it’s back to the IF, low carb, low sugar, gluten-free life
