harus back on track lagi nih. hampir 2 minggu makan ga itung kalori grgr ada acara nikahan sepupu, ga olahraga krn lagi mager. eh pas udah ga mager malah mens. jadi istirahat dlu. tapi udah mulai defisit lagi🤟🏻 terakhir nimbang bb ku tetap. ga naik dan ga turun. Alhamdulillah. padahal surplus seminggu penuh haha
