kaya aku ini,tapi paling byk bakar kalori workout 1 jam bisa bakar 350kalori klo jalan hanya 150 sampe 200 kalori

bisa ka asal konsisten ajasi, kalo aku ngerasa lebi seger aja kalo abis wo soalnya sebadan2 keringetan trus juga gakerasa tiba2 uda 25menit aja kadang aku suka nambah 5-10 menit malah kalo masi semangat wkwk
