Today marks my first full week back in the gym and the 4th day of counting calories and making better food choices. I’ve done this before and it works. I’m sad that I’ve allowed uncontrollable situations dictate my mind set/poor choices over the past two years where I’ve gained 46 pounds. I already feel more like myself than I have in quite some time. Here’s to taking it day by day ❤️
